1. To participate in a Chaney Events Speed Dating event, you must register and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Agreement) and confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your participation in a Chaney Events Speed Dating event. Chaney Events may modify this Agreement from time to time.

By registering for a Chaney Events Speed Dating event, you are agreeing that Chaney Events is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of attendance at Chaney Events Speed Dating event, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other participants at these events. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and/or emotional distress. You also understand and acknowledge that Chaney Events Speed Dating events are held at venues of which Chaney Events has no control. In the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a Chaney Events Speed Dating event, you agree to release Chaney Events from any liability with respect thereto.

2. You must be at least twenty-one years old, single or legally separated to participate in a Chaney Events Speed Dating event. By participating in a Chaney Events Speed Dating event, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. We will make every effort to hold events at the dates, times and locations specified on our web site. We do reserve the right to cancel and/or change event dates, times and locations although this happens very rarely. In the very unlikely event that circumstances dictate that we do postpone an event, we will refund your money in full.

We also reserve the right to terminate or restrict your participation at a Chaney Events Speed Dating event, without prior notification. If your rights are so terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Chaney Events Speed Dating is not a matchmaking service. Our goal is to help single people meet one another in a safe and comfortable setting. Chaney Events Speed Dating does not screen participants or verify personal information, such as marital status or any other aspects of their general background. It is up to you to clarify these issues to your own satisfaction. Attendance at any Chaney Events Speed Dating event is done at your own risk. You agree to waive all liability against Chaney Events and the venue that this event is held at, any sponsors and/or partners associated with Chaney Events and all staff members and volunteers associated with Chaney Events.

5. You hereby acknowledge and understand that by participating in any Chaney Events Speed Dating event your first name and ID #, phone number and/or email address that you authorized will be provided to certain other participants.

6. Chaney Events its affiliates and/or various third parties do not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with any other participant or that participation will be successful or that participation will result in actual dates or introductions. You agree to release Chaney Events, its affiliates and/or various third parties and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to the outcome of any relationship that may or may not arise between you and other event participants.

7. Chaney Events along with certain permitted third parties, may photograph and/or make audio/video recordings of any of the Chaney Events Speed Dating events. At no time will there be an audio recording of any actual ‘dates'. By attending and participating in any Chaney Events Speed Dating event, each participant agrees to permit the taking of any such photographs and to be recorded in both audio and video media. Thus, each participant at a Chaney Events Speed Dating event irrevocably authorizes Chaney Events, its agents, representatives, successors and assigns to use in perpetuity, throughout the world, in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of photographs and audio/video recordings in which such participant appears, and any comments, statements or testimonials made by such participant, while attending a Chaney Events Speed Dating event. Such photographs may be used by Chaney Events, its agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any legal purpose including, without limitation, marketing and advertising. No person shall be entitled to any compensation in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs, audio and/or video recordings.

8. You agree to indemnify and hold Chaney Events, its employees, volunteers, business partners, affiliates and/or various third parties, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your participation in any Chaney Events Speed Dating event.
