If you answered “yes” to any of the above then Chaney Events wants to invite you to discover the joy and fun of our Swap it 2 Shop it clothing swap parties.

Known as “Swishing” in Europe, clothing swaps are growing in popularity here in the U.S. as a fun and savvy way to swap your gently used clothing and accessories and to shop from what others are swapping. Not only do you get to shop for new to you items for your wardrobe, but you'll also get pampered by our vendors as you mingle and meet people from your community.

What is a Clothing Swap?

 


Have you heard of Clothing Swaps before? And are you still confused about what it is and why it's such a HOT event?
It's okay, we at Chaney Events can explain it!

Simply put, a Clothing Swap is an event in which you swap or trade your gently used, like new articles of clothing for other gently used items. Who wouldn't enjoy that?

This is what happens:
  • De-clutter your closets or items to swap. Look for items:
  1. Gently used, but no longer worn.
  2. Purchased and forgotten, but is taking up closet space.
  3. That were impulse buys and no longer wanted...Okay so you get the picture right?
  • Check the date, time and location of the next Swap it 2 Shop it event.
  • Tell your friends and spread the word! The more people in attendance the more variety in swap items available to shop.
  • Drop off your items. See specific details for your particular swap.
  • Get pampered by our Vendors. Makeup consultations, mini-massages,etc.
  • Mingle and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
  • Swap. Shop the swap and find fabulous new to you items to take home.
  • Know that all un-swapped items are going to a local charity.
